• Ensuring payment is made in a timely manner as agreed upon

4. Data Recovery Disclaimer

While Compass Tech Consultancies employs professional-grade tools and industry-standard techniques for data recovery, we cannot guarantee 100% recovery of lost, deleted, or corrupted data. Results may vary depending on the extent of storage failure or data corruption.

Compass Tech Consultancies shall not be held responsible for any permanent loss of data resulting from failed recovery attempts.

5. Payment & Billing

All service pricing will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and Compass Tech Consultancies before any work commences. Payment is expected upon completion of the agreed service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Compass Tech Consultancies reserves the right to update service pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated clearly before services begin.

6. Intellectual Property

All website designs, code, application builds, and creative assets developed by Compass Tech Consultancies remain the intellectual property of Compass Tech Consultancies until full payment for the service has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Compass Tech Consultancies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination of Services

Compass Tech Consultancies reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any client who violates these Terms of Service, engages in abusive behavior toward our staff, or attempts to use our services for unlawful purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
